ı am having this warning but i dont think anythıng on my forms workıng daily 10.000 tımes. So can you tell .... ı am totally lost

It looks like you have an Android app connected. If the refresh rate is set quite high on checking of new submissions or something like that, it could be creating excessive API calls. I reset your limits and the error should no longer be present.
