I was wondering if we can set a certain range date for the link to be accessible within a date range.
Also, just wanted to see what the 10GB pertains to. We are looking into seeing what the best plan would be and would like to see what that means.

You can indeed set a date when the form should be available, this can be done by opening the form preferences and going to the "Status" option:

The 10 GB is the space the bronze plan will allow you to keep in your account, for example, you may set up a form to receive file uploads, then each time you receive a submission with an attached file this file's size will be counted against the 10 GB limit, if you reach this 10 GB limit then you will need to upgrade to the next plan in order to get more available upload space, do note that this is a counter of all the file uploads you receive in all your forms.
The only way to free space is deleting the submission related to the field, this will clear the space the file uploaded uses.
