What does the 1000 submissions mean in the Bronze Plan?

The Bronze plan says 1,000 Submissions.  Is that lifetime? per year, per month?  What happens after the 1,000th submission?

The 1, 000 submissions in the Bronze Plan is monthly. The limit will reset every first day of the month, at 00 EST. If you will reach your limit, we will temporarily disable your forms until the next month or until you'll upgrade your account to the next plan. Of course, the upgrade is optional.
