I have had several respondents of my form say that they have exited and then returned to the form link and found that their data had been deleted, even though I have the "continue later" option enabled. Is there any way to retrieve the information that they have lost due to autosave not working correctly?Page URL:

I'm sorry, but you cannot recover if it failed to saved in the user's browser storage. Please note that the auto fill requires users to continue using the same device and browser and clearing the browser cache and cookies is not recommended when they want to continue later.
Also, note that the autofill saves the data between 5 to 30 seconds depending on the length of the form. Users should wait on this timeframe before exiting the form. Otherwise, no data will be saved.
