I added a new question to my form - How do I get Google Spreadsheets to update info?

When a user submits a form, the information is sent to my Google Spreadsheet. I added another question to my JotForm (in between two previous questions) and now the new answers are being sent into the old column where the previous (old) questions was located. Is there a way to reconfigure the spreadsheet from the Jotform side of things so that the new answers are now put into the correct column on the Spreadsheet?

When a new question is added to the form, the spreadsheet integration should automatically update with a new column for the new field, and the answers should show up in the new column correctly. However, I see on your case that it did not automatically update. Perhaps you can try clearing the browser cache to see if this resolves the issue.

If the issue still persists, then you will need to remove the current integration and reintegrate the form again with Google Sheets. Reintegrating google sheets will create a new spreadsheet. This should have the proper columns and display the previous submissions correctly.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
