You can change your Thank You Page according to your needs. Please have a look at the following instruction below:

1- Click Thank You in Setup&Embed.

In the below page you can modify your Thank You message according to your requests. You can add form fields in your Thank You Page. In this way, you can create more interactive Thank You Pages.
