I can't remember the password to our account, but yet when I click on forget password and type in my e-mail address it does one of two things.

    It either lets me click the button to send me the information and I never get an e-mail or it tells me that there is no account with my e-mail address.  But yet when I go back and look at the e-mail with the receipt of the payment my e-mail address is the one that is on the account....so I don't see why it's saying it cannot find an account with my e-mail.  I would prefer a follow up of this e-mail with a phone call.  Our office number is 785-232-9800.
