Form fields not responsive on mobile or desktop!

Hi, a few of the inputs I'm using on my form arent showing up because they obverflow the width of the form...

 

Mainly the problem is with these fields:

 

Configurable List Widget Matrix Dynamique

 

I've tried with some css on the configurable list widget but no luck so far... Please help as soon as possible!

Unfortunately, the configurable list/Matrix Dynamique widgets are not mobile responsive. However, we may inject some CSS code to make it responsive. Please allow me some time to check on this and get back to you with relevant information.
