    Notification only shows the checkbox field, but the other fields are not showing.

    When I delete the check box field, the other fields work fine. But when I include a check box field the notification only shows the check box field, but leaves out the other fields. I've tried deleting and recreating the notification, it didn't work. I also tried changing the label names in the fields and in the notifications, and it doesn't work. Here's the form:

    I have cloned your JotForm and see that the notifications are having all the fields. Could you try adding a new notification to your JotForm so that the fields on the form will be automatically added? Once your notification is working fine, you may delete the old notification from the form.

    I've already tried the notification, and the reason it worked for you is because i removed the checkbox field. Here's a clone of the same form with the checkbox field added on. I've tried deleting and recreating notifications, I've tried creating a new form from scratch. It seems like every time I add that checkbox field it will only send the checkbox field, the one labeled "what's this form about?" I also tried the checklist widget and it does the same problem. Here's the link to the new form with the checkbox field enabled ....

    I cloned your form and test to submit the form. I also did the steps you have made but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Here's an animation:

     

    Please make sure that you successfully create a new notifications of your form. Please also clear your browser's and form's cache.

    If issue still persists, do let us know.

    The issue is that in the notification it only shows that one field (what's your message about?) from the check boxes. It doesn't show name, email, phone, message, but only the checkbox. I know the labels are correct and the inputs are correct on the email because when I get rid of that field (what's your message about?) Then the other fields work perfectly fine. It's only when the check boxes are a part of the form, it won't give me any of the other fields.

     

    I've tried the checkbox field, I've tried the checklist widget, I've tried deleting the notifications and creating new one, I've tried changing the name of the fields and editing the notification to match. I've even tried creating a new form. It's really weird. I don't know if it's a glitch. Is there a way to override that with CSS, how can I get all of the fields to show in my notifications? I've tried deleting and creating the notification multiple times, even when I create a new form.

    Thank you for getting back to us. I initiated the Test email, that was a part of my testing. I'm still investigating this issue which is really odd, and I will get back to you as soon as I found the cause of this problem.

    I finished my testing and found the cause of this problem. It is the option to hide empty fields:

    I turned that option off for both of your Notifiers and submissions are showing fine now, you should be able to see them in your Inbox.

    I'm not sure why those fields were interpreted as empty fields, but apparently, that solves the problem, please check and let us know how it works for you.

    I set that option in your form as well, so please test.
