my users are getting added in the bounce list again and again and are unable to receive the copies or submitted forms. The problem has become a permanent pain in ass for me as i get repeated calls from all over my sales regions. Please suggest a permanent solution to the problem.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have checked your account history and I have checked the emails have been bounced as you can see the screenshots below:
I have removed all of them from our bounce list. So that, the email addresses are able to receive emails normally now.
