Why is my form still disabled even I've already enabled it ?

    Hello Suppish15,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "CROSSFIRE CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY" has fields like "Username & Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field from your form and activated your account again. Do test your form again and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
