The system isn't letting me create a form

    Hi

    I can't create or clone a form, I click 'create' and it just loads forever. Help?

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing. I've tried it in several different browsers and with several different accounts, and it worked fine from here in each of those tests.

    For example, here is a screen recording of creating a new form with an account from EU in Chrome web browser:

    As there haven't been any issues in these tests, and we haven't received similar reports from other users recently, it sounds like a possible browser issue on your end - perhaps by using an ad-blocker or a similar browser extension.

    Can you please try using our site with a different web browser, and see if the site works correctly for you there?

    I would also recommend trying in the Private or Incognito mode of your browser.

    I tried disabling ad blocker, incognito mode and internet explorer, no joy. 

    It's lagging on 'create form name' by the way. 

    I really need to make this form today - is there any way you can hack my account, create a clone of New Style Booking Form and then I can assess this from my forms? I can access my current forms no problem...

    I have logged into your account to check this further, and upon attempting to create another form, I see that it cannot be created.

    This is because your main account, 2jevents, is on a free plan, and with free accounts you can have up to 5 active forms at the same time. As your account already had 8 active forms, they all remain active, but you cannot create any new forms while the active forms limit is reached.
