Custom fields in the Insightly Integration not working

    Hi guys,

    I have a form linked to Insightly. I initially created it and it worked fine. However I have now gone in to edit it and none of my custom fields work :(

    Am I doing something crazy wrong!? API Key is correct etc.

    I have checked your forms and see that the Insightly is not integrated with the forms. Did you remove the integration? Could you let us know the form that you are experiencing the issue and the fields that you have mapped to the form?

    If possible, please provide us with a screenshot so that it would be helpful to isolate the issue. We will wait for your response. Thank you!

    Hmmm weird. It says that it is correctly integrated. I just re-did it.

    I have checked your JotForm and see that Insightly integration is still not available. Did you click on Complete integration button? If the integration is successfully completed, you will be able to see that the Integration is complete as shown in the image below:

    I have cloned your JotForm and tried integrating Insightly which worked fine.

    Please try the integration once again and make sure it is completed. Then test the form with a submission and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
