I have done a ton of test jotforms on my registration page (Test and Real) and they are not coming through. It says they are done but they are not showing up in my back end page.

Plus I don't see the PayPal going through.

Same thing with my Volunteer section forms

    PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!

    Hi there,

I understand that you are using PayPal integration with your form. Please note that submissions will not go to the submissions page if the user is not able to pay you via PayPal. I noticed you have a couple of Incomplete Payments in your form http://www.jotform.us/form/63154958412156. These refer to the record of users who filled  up the form but did not or unable to proceed with the payment. Please see Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ to know more about incomplete payments. There are couple of reasons why your users' data end up in the incomplete payments records of the form.

    1. User intentionally did not proceed with the payment.

    2. There is a problem with your PayPal account.

    3. The IPN settings in your PayPal account is not enabled.

With this, I would suggest that you have your IPN settings enabled in your account. Please see How to Enable IPN for Paypal Pro for the guide.

    Regards.

So I did the IPN number and I spoke with PayPal.

The main concern is that I am not receiving additional submissions. (It has been at 19 submissions for some time.) I thought I get partial reports and finished reports.

I have checked the email addresses you're using in your form and I can see they are not in our bounce list, one of the reasons why emails are not sent. What my colleague suggested above will help you to get notified each time you receive a payment through your form, and also you can set an incomplete payment notification so if there is one you get notified as well, here is the guide that will help you with that: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail

Also, please check your spam and junk folders, emails may be there, if you find them there, please mark them as not spam so you receive future emails in the inbox folder.

Another option would be to set up your custom sender email address using the SMTP method, this will help you to have more  control over how the emails are sent.

Here's the guide that will help you to set up SMTP on your form: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Hope this helps.
