How can I block this user?

I received an email from you saying my account would be disabled on Monday because it reached its limit. I usually only get 2-5 emails a month, so do not need to upgrade to a larger limit. The reason this month is different is because a company called Business Capital Advisor is spamming my account with the email: fundingteam+heathergornall.com@businesscapitaladvisor.com

Please block this hacker email, or let me know how to block it myself. I want to continue to use Jotform, but as I mentioned I do not need the upgraded package, and if this hacker isn't stopped, I will have to take Jotform off my website.

This is a duplicate thread. I already posted my reply on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1013475.

Unfortunately, we cannot block the email address from our end. You need to do the suggestions I provided on that thread to prevent this from happening.
