Still not able to upgrade to silver plan?

    I did go through the process of filling everything out for purchase order but then x'd out before I finished.  I decided to do a CC instead.  Could this be what is holding it up?  If so, how do I fix it?  I tried turning everything off and then back on and re-submitting.....still the box disappears when I hit next.

    I see that your account is currently holding Free subscription only. Changing the option would not be an issue while making a payment. Could you try logging to your account to an incognito/private window or a separate browser to see if that works?
