How do I clear my upload space

It says my upload space is full. How can I delete this to free up space? It seems like the "out of space" is cuasuing our form not to work. 

I have check you account and it is overlimit because you have exceeded your Upload File Storage space which is 100 MB for free accounts. Your current file upload space is 179.98 MB and because of that you forms are disabled. To clear your Upload storage space you need delete the submissions with uploads on Submission page of your account.

Please take note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored. 

I would suggest you to first download your files to your computer and then delete them. 

I also saw that form that you deleted "The Spruce Foundation 2015-16 Grant Application" has 562 uploads. If you do not need that form any more and those submissions you can simply Purge that form from Trash folder and upload storage space of your account will be cleared. 

However if you need that form them I would suggest you to restore it from Trash folder and then delete only submissions.
