    Hello

I have a form for example with a field called TICKET the end user write your ticket number, for example 123456 (unique number)

It´s possible when press SUBMIT form, Jotform validate if these number 123456 exits previously?

Hello - There is a way to achieve that by setting a Unique Question to your form.

Just click PREFERENCES at the top of the FORM BUILDER > ADVANCED tab > pick the field that you want to be unique (in this case the Numero de Ticket field) as your UNIQUE QUESTION > SAVE.
