Can you map to custom Salesforce fields?

Asked by Steve Thurston  on December 16, 2016 at 06:14 PM

This is in reference to a user question I saw on your Salesforce integration page, wherein he stated that JotForm couldn't map to custom objects or fields.

I just want to confirm:  are you able to map to custom fields on standard objects?

    Thanks

Yes, our integration supports custom fields on standard modules / objects such as Contacts and Leads. You can see the following guides for more information about our SalesForce integration, and recommended ways to map fields between JotForm forms and SalesForce:

Should you have a need to pass data from your form to a custom module / object within your SalesForce account, I believe that is possible as well, but you would need to use a third-party service such as Zapier to pass your data through:

Please try it out, and let us know should you need further clarifications or assistance.
