Why is my form showing as disabled?

    We are a small non-profit and we are on your free program of up to 5 forms. I have set up a simple form for my 5th form. It shows it's enabled but the form is not visible.

    Your account got autosuspended by our automated Phishing Detector tool, Debbie, that is why the forms appeared as if they were disabled.

    Upon looking at your forms again, there doesn't seem to be any violation of our terms being performed at this time, so your account has just been reactivated. I would recommend that you go over our terms of use, just to make sure you do not accidentally breach them, which is what usually causes our Phishing Detector tool to autosuspend an account:
