I want to downgrade back to the free plan. I have no need to have 100 or more form access clicks a month. I want to keep my "account" but I do not want to pay for it until I am in a project where I need it.

Upon your request, I have cancelled your bronze monthly subscription plan and downgraded your account to free plan. I have also processed the refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
