My images on the form do not pull through to emails, please help.

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the problem. The upload image is not showing in the auto-responder email. Please try to switch the Hide Empty fields in the auto-responder email to "No". Here's how:
1. Open your form and click the Emails button in the Form Builder.
2. Go to the Advanced tab and switch the Hide Empty Fields to "No". Click the Save button when you're done.
Note: Keep in mind that you also need to do this on the other auto-responder settings.
