Add Sagepay to payment integrations

Also interested in Sagepay for a merchant gateway. Because I work with a US affiliate/broker for Sage I would be happy to help connect you with developers if you need it, team. 

I have forwarded your request to add Sagepay in our payment integrations. Please note that this is forwarded as a feature request and it depends on our developers current workload if this will be implemented.
