Calculation values don't appear in the results

i have calculation valued assigned to each option, but the results comes out without the calculation values, shows the options, but not the calculation values?

I have inspected your form and I saw that you have assign calculation values to all of your fields. However I did not found any field that is performing calculation. If you want to perform calculation inside of your form, please check this guide:

You can also use conditional logic to perform calculation:

However in case that you want that calculation values are shown inside of email Notification or on submission page instead of actual field options, I'm afraid that that is not possible. As possible workaround you can create duplicate field for each of your fields and then pass calculated value from field that will be shown to your user to duplicate field that can only be shown for you.
