This form will not send
also at first you said you bounced my e mail address, why would you do that?
I fixed that and tried two forms. one worked and this one won't

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I opened your form and I did a test submission. The submission was successful since it redirected me to the Thank You page. Here's a screenshot:
I can see that your email address was in the bounce list before. It is the reason why you did not receive the previous email notifications. When your email address is in the bounce list, you will not be able to receive any emails coming from JotForm.
It is possible that your email server is rejecting or refusing emails coming from JotForm. If that's the case, our system will try re-sending the notifications multiple times but if your email server keeps on rejecting it, your email address will be listed in the bounce list.
I've checked your form and I can see that the notification is configured properly.
