Why is your customer support so slow

    I have requested your support on an urgent matter and still I am waiting for help. In all this time I have been unable to access my forms and edit them. Upgrade? huh I don't think so :(

    My colleague already posted a reply on your thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1014019. I can see that your thread is already escalated to our developers. Please try to use the JotForm Version 3 at the moment.
