How can I limit my form to specific users only?

    Hi,

My need at the present time is to create a fillable PDF form for our internal needs.  Your site seems to provide that ability, which is fantastic.

However, I don't require any of your other services.  My question is, if I complete my form on your site and download it to our system, will the form and its future contents only be accessible by our internal users?

    Thanks

We only provide one kind of service, and that's an online form builder. If you meant you won't need the other features/options we offer, sure, that wouldn't be a problem.

My question is, if I complete my form on your site and download it to our system, will the form and its future contents only be accessible by our internal users?

Your internal users won't actually have access to any of your Form Data except you (as the account owner). Your users will only see the form (whether it's an online form or a fillable PDF), fill it out, and that's the end of it from their perspective.

From your perspective as the form owner however, regardless if it's in an online form or a fillable PDF form, the Submission Data will always be sent to your JotForm account.

So if your end goal is to limit your audience to just your internal users, then ensure you will only share the link/URL of your form (or the fillable PDF) with your internal users alone. With the form submission data, these are only accessible by form owners.
