Hi, I am trying to set up the auto responder of my forms to go through my Gmail business email account using SMTP. I do not want my clients to receive the auto response from jotform (as the sender).
However when I test the auto response the sender is still Jotform. I tried several times and read some of the forum discussions but I am not able to solve this problem.
Could you please help me to fix this problem?
I appreciate any help in advance.

However when I test the auto response the sender is still Jotform.
Were you perhaps was just using the Test Email button in the email template when you did the test?
To be able to properly test the submission email and for the Recipient E-mail and Sender Email to trigger, you need to submit the form in actual.
Hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.

Yes, I was using the Test Email Button. I also realized I was using a gmail alias account instead of my main user account for setting the SMTP.
After I modified the account and tested the form from a live website it worked properly.
Thank you so much for your help.
