How to change the email Sender Name to use my own sender name

    I updated my name in the settings to "Support Team" because I do not want my personal name being sent out to those who fill out forms, but when I test out by filling out my form, the email that get sent to me still shows my personal name?

    The Sender Name field in the Email uses the existing fields on the form for the data.

    If you want to use a fixed custom sender name i.e. "Support Team" you can just add a static hidden Textbox field with a default value of "Support Team" on your form.

    And then select this field as the Sender Name field in the Notification Email of the form.
