I have recently submitted a form which I have integrated with Getresponse. I have tried it out and the form details gets delivered to the email address but the getresponse isn't adding any additional details, name, emails, etc. I thought that maybe it wasn't integrated correctly.
I have tried it again but disabling and putting the key in again but it still doesn't work.

To my understanding, you are doing the same steps that are shown in the guide below when you're trying to integrate your form with GetResponse, is that correct?

I have integrated a test form to my GetResponse account and have not encountered any issues.
I have made a test submission on the said form and I'm able to see the new contact in my GetResponse Dashboard page.
You can also follow the instructions given in the documents below to search and/or view contacts in your GetResponse account.
