Enable multiple submission on a form

Hi I would like to enable the function for my clients to be able to enrol more than one of their children using our registration form.

How do I enable multiple submissions please.

I presume you are referring to the form titled "Bay City Cheerleaders Registration Form"?

The reason why you are getting that warning message is because you have enabled "Unique Question" in your "Preferences".

What this does is that users cannot make a submission if the specific question or input field already contains the same value being entered by the user that is present in your existing submissions. You can disable that feature to allow users to submit the form multiple times.
