Form Collapse not working in IE??

Asked by vincentccw on May 21, 2012 at 10:27 PM

I have tested on chrome and firefox which work just fine, except for IE

My form is compose of 4sections using the form collapse tool, when try open using IE8 the first 3 section works fine, but when it comes to the fourth section, i still able to expand the content when i click on it, but when i try select the radio button or edit the text field, it automatically shrink back to its original state?? The styling for the fourth title also look a bit different compare to the other 3 when view in IE. Why is that happening??

Please help, it is impossible to submit the form using ie

    Thank You

I have been able to replicate the said error on IE8 .

Please remove the current embedded code and re-embed your form using the iFrame method

    Best regards

    Hi Vincent,

I have cloned your form and found the problem. Some of your HTML codes doesn't have </span> close tags, this is the reason why your form doesn't work on IE. It should be in this field.

Here's my cloned form, you can clone this back if you like: http://form.jotform.me/form/21418748363458?

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks!
