I made a form that's been open for quite awhile and the custom widget (configurable list) was working fine but there's been an error lately. I also tried adding an image slider but I think it has the same error. I didn't edit the link of the form before the error appeared so maybe there's a problem with the custom widgets or is there another solution?
I need the form up and running since people answer it regularly.

Thank you for reporting the issue.
Probably, it was a maintenance time for the widgets and they were temporarily down. Still, I have forwarded this problem to our software development team in order to check if there was an important issue related to the widgets.
I have checked your form both on your side and cloned it in order to test it on my side. I have seen that widgets in your form are working well currently.
If the issue still persists, let us know.

Hi, the widgets are fine when we tested it including your form. There might be a temporary downtime or could be related to your connection ISP. There are other factors that caused this. But rest assured that we will monitor this and make sure the widgets are well and live.
