After submitting my inquiry form I am receiving the following error message
405 Not Allowed -

I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully and I was redirected to thank you page. Please check the screenshot below:
The screenshot you have shared seems to have some URL parameter. I would suggest you to please let us know how to replicate the issue and we will take a look.
