When I click on the next button, it submits the form.

when I filled out the first page with just my information and clicked to go to the next page that has the actual workshop proposal space, I was immediately sent to the “Thank you! Your submission has been received” page (screenshot below). I tried clicking on submitting another proposal and the same thing happened again. I’ve attached the two automatic emails that were sent to me which are basically blank since I did not get to the page to fill anything out.

BTW, I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. When I clicked on the next button of your form, it took me to the second page. Please check the screenshot below:
