I was charged twice this month

    I purchased the subscription last month around the 16th, but this motnh it was expired, so I manually did it with my credit card. Then, today you guys charged me through PayPal. $19 is already high for amontlhy charge for as little as I use your forms, but $38 is never going to be ok.

     

    Please correct this issue ASAP. I should only be billed ONCE A MONTH for BRONZE on my credit card...

    Hello Debi,

    I did check your account and found that you did upgrade to bronze monthly subscription on Dec 18, 2016 but you still had old active bronze subscription which you upgraded on Nov 19, 2016. That is the reason why the old subscription was auto-renewed today.

    I have take care of this issue and cancelled your old bronze monthly subscription. I have also processed the refund for your last order #INT161219-6563-78326B. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
