Have I successfully downgraded and does this affect my existing forms?

    Hello,

I have just downgraded my jot form subscription from Bronze to the free version. I just do not have a high enough amount of submissions for it to be worth me paying as I am still relatively new in business. I fully intend to upgrade in the future.

Please could you confirm that this change has been applied and if it will affect any of my existing forms or if I can just carry on as normal?

    Thanks

    Hayley

I can see you have successfully downgraded your account back to free, it is currently scheduled to downgrade and it will occur on January 8th, 2017 which is your next billing date. To ensure you are not billed again I would also suggest you to cancel the subscription on your PayPal account, here is a guide that will help with that: How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

Now, your forms will keep working as normal, but as you have more than 5 active forms (the limit of active forms for free accounts is 5) you will not be able to create a new one, you will need to disable or archive the needed forms to create a new one.

You will also be allowed to store only 500 submissions in your account (this limit does not apply for paid accounts) and if you would like to keep storing your data in your JotForm account you will need to upgrade to at least the storage plan.

If you have any question, please let us know.
