Not receiving submissions for our JotForm

    We have had multiple issues with our form not working properly where people have said they registered and we don't see their registration or was unable to register. Do you have any ideas on what to do? We are also integrated with Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SSFSBC/app/684336108254110/)

    I have tried submitting your JotForm using the direct link and from the Facebook page. However, when I tried to submit the form using direct link, I am able to see that the page is redirected to PayPal by clicking on Add to Cart button. However, these PayPal buttons are placed using text fields. 

    I also notice that there is no Submit button on the form. In order to receive the information entered on the form, it is required to submit the form which is not happening on your JotForm. Please add a submit to your form so that the information can be stored. 

    The payments can be received by integrating one of the payment methods available in the form builder.

    Once the order form is submitted, it will be redirected to the payment page/process the payment based on the payment method used so that the form entered information will be stored in the form submission after successful payment.
