i dont know how to explain this correctly but

but i have set that the form i made can only be filled in once...

after that the form says: "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.
Multiple submissions are disabled for this form. "

    This is set by IP.

i want to prevent that the form is filled in twice in an hour.
After that i want to have it open again so they can fill in the form again if they wanted to.

This message means that either loose check or strict check is enabled in the unique submissions setting of your form. This feature is useful especially for survey forms or contest forms that should only accept one entry per user (in this case per computer). The loose check uses cookies, while the strict check uses IP addresses.

To remove this setting, please go to your toolbar's Settings then click Form Settings tab

Select NO CHECK in the Unique Submissions field to allow multiple submissions in your form. Don't forget to save your form after the changes are finalized.
