Total Lecture Income and Total Workshop Income are not calculating correctly when I register for course on first 3 days and Saturday. 3 digit nos and those including A or M are workshops while 4 digit nos excluding X121/2 and X131/2 series are lectures. I cannot see anything wrong with my formula.
Also how can I force 2 decimal places in these fields?

I have inspected your form and there is lot of calculation fields. There is also lot of conditional logic update/calculate field and hide show fields.
I am not exactly sure which calculation is not working correctly. Based on my tests Total Lecture Income and Total Workshop Income are calculation correctly. Can you please provide us more details how to replicate this issue. Tell us which option should we select to replicate mentioned issue. Also of possible provide us a screenshots.
Looking forward to your reply.

Problem is with Total Workshop Income - it just does not copy info from
Calc Workshop Income or do the calculation. Weird that Total Lecture Income
works with basically same conditions.

I have tested the form you provided and I am able to replicate mentioned issue. However I am not exactly sure why this is happening. Based on my tests this issue is not related to Total Workshop Income. I think that this issue is related to conditions that you have set inside of your form. I need to test this a bit more. Once I find the reason why this is happening I will update you.

Actually I was wrong, conditions were not causing this issue. Form Calculation field Calc Workshop Income was causing the issue. For some reason this field is not working properly and it is not passing value. On my cloned form I was able to resolve this issue by deleting mentioned field and creating new one. I set same calculation inside of the field and I have update conditions to pass value from new calculation field to Total Workshop Income field.
To answer on your other question to show decimal places in this fields you need to check Show empty decimal places inside of your Form Calculation fields and inside of update/ calculate conditions that you have set inside of the form.
Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/63541101138949
Feel free to test it and clone it.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
