If she clicks to accept does this renew for this account too? or does it set up another one? I want to get the 50% off deal please for this account?

Please note that if a sub-account upgrades to the discounted Bronze yearly, only their sub-account will be upgraded to the Bronze plan. Your account KateSereda will not renew with this discounted plan.
I checked your account and it looks like you were already subscribed to our Bronze Yearly special last year. If you want to upgrade to a higher plan such as Silver or Gold at a discounted price, then you can choose to downgrade your KateSereda account back to Free. Then upgrade to Silver or Gold Yearly at the discounted price, which you will be able to see on the pricing page.
Please also note that our current End of Year Sale is a one time offer. This means if you upgrade on the discounted price this year, on your next billing date (2017 for yearly or 2018 for bi-yearly), you will be charged with the non-discounted price. So if you simply want to remain at the Bronze plan, I would suggest keeping your current subscription, since it is already discounted and will remain that way.
