My forms were disabled - because I have reached the 10 payments.
I think this is really wrong - why ALL my forms are disabled? And, by the way, I am allowed to receive 10 payments on basic account. So I did - and - disabled.
I understand business is business - was planning to upgrade eventually once my business goes up more.
I'd understand and expect the payment forms would be disabled once 10 is reached, but not all.
You are loosing potential customers, I am going to look for a new provider after new year.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Free account has a limit of 10 Payment submission. If you reach the monthly limit, your form will be disabled. Here's what I can do for you, I will reset it back to 0. We don't usually do this but please take it as a gift from us, JotForm. Please keep in mind about the monthly limit so your form won't be disabled again.
