Why my forms are disabled?

    Can you please enable our JotForms and lets us know what we need to do to ensure that they dont get disabled in the future?

    Hello charlesvienn,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Do try to sign in to your Jotform account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
