Help with disable error

Hello,

I am assuming that my account was disabled a while back when I imported forms from another service. I have deleted everything today but started to build a new form. I keep getting a form disabled error message and can seem to fix it. I assume my account is suspended but can seem to work out how to fix that. I have tried enabling the form and resetting of removing anything that I can think of that might have caused the issue.

I have checked and your account is autosuspended by our phishing system. I have inspected two forms that you have inside of My Forms folder, but I did not found any fields that are violating our Terms of Use. 

However you have 27 forms inside of Trash Folder. Most like some of those forms have fields that are not allowed. 

For example our form Elite Teams Culture Hack _ ETCH by Jolt Learning & Qualia Solutions is marked as phishing form, most likely because of the word Hack inside of form title. 

I have activated your account. If you do not need those forms that are located inside of Trash folder, I would suggest you to Purge them from the Trash folder. Please note that if you Purge your form they will permanently be deleted. 

In case that you need those forms, you can restore them.

However you need to delete mentioned form or change the title of the form or your account will be suspended again.
