I tested Stripe payment integration and it worked for me.
In the new Stripe payment wizard, you will have to click the Connect with Stripe button
Then login to your Stripe account.
After your login to your Stripe account in the popup window, you will have to click the authorize access button
Let us know if you are still experiencing problems.

Each time I tried to connect to my stripe account, I was given the following page. I clicked on the blue Connect my Stripe account button, and was back on the Payment Wizard stripe integration page again. Was not able to get to the authorize access button...

Sorry for the delayed response. Once integrated, the button should change to "Connected" like the following.
If the problem still persists, please try to remove the stripe payment field in your form. Relogin from your JotForm account and then add a new stripe payment field.
Make sure that your browser is not blocking pop-ups since clicking the connect with stripe button would open a popup window where you need to login your stripe account.
