Encrypted forms are not decrypted properly?

Our Encrypted forms have started to have some strange leftover formatting issues that we need to get removed asap! 

Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Encrypted forms provide to store your submissions in an encrypted format. When you create an encrypted form, you download a Private Key per account and use this key for your encrypted forms.

In you case, you already use this key to decrypting your form but now it is not working.

Actually, your key should be work but to check your Private Key, could you please open your submissions in a new incognito window? In addition, could you please clear your browser caches or try to open your submissions page in different browsers?
