My Jotform serves as a customer order form. Recently, I replaced a product on that order form and it has since failed to be recognized in the submissions tab.Page URL:

The Spreadsheet integration does not automatically update its sheet whenever something is modified in the form. To resolve this, please remove and reintegrate again your form with Google Spreadsheet. You also need not to worry about the submitted information as these will also populate again the new integration.
Note: Running a new integration will mean that a new spreadsheet will be created.
