Widgets: Ability to limit the minimum or the maximum number of selections allowed on most selector widgets.

Similarly, the selector widgets are also missing the feature to set a minimum and a maximum of choices. This is a big problem for a widget which main's purpose is to allow users to make choices. 

May we know what specific selector widgets you want to apply the minimum and maximum choices?

It would be quite hard to implement a feature when we generalize them. The widgets are special fields that have specific functions, so there are some features that can only be seen in the default fields. They are also designed or programmed differently.

One example is the default radio button, there's actually no minimum and maximum choices for them. The radio button was designed to have only one item to be selected.

There are also other widgets that have the maximum choice option, one example is the Checkbox in Dropdown widget.

I think that all widget that are designed to be a multiple selector should have the option to set a minimum or maximum. A "fancy" checkbox widget (like "Multiple Selection") should be able to perform the same as the basic checkbox field in my opinion because their purpose is the same. 

I get your point about radio button, I thought they allowed multiple selections but I guess I did not check.

I have collected all of the widgets that work similarly to a checkbox field but doesn't have "minimum" and "maximum" option to limit selections.
