Allow unchecked and checked items on checkbox field to be displayed in submission

display both checked and unchecked options in the results? Then a user can see what has been selected and what has not... or how complete a checklist is.

Perhaps you can try using the Matrix field instead? That allows you to display the items that were not checked to the user.

Also, the default check box field does not show data as "checked", instead they display the option selected. I believe the Matrix field would fit what you are looking for.
