We have a jotform in place. Question...what is the cost? Also want to know if a employee from another location can log in site for orders placed and will customer get a email confirming they place an order? Also we have our other branch using your service, can we design close to their form?

You can set an autoresponder via Jotform so that customer will receive an email when they placed an order.
